The bio certified olive groves (Organization for the control and certification of organic products www.dionet.gr, certification number 28494-1 / 17 and 25399-1/17 ) stretch over 30 km in central Greece, the heart of Greece. They accommodate 7,500 trees on an area of 33 hectares. The ideal climate and the fertile soil have provided ideal conditions for the olive trees since ancient times, which are of excellent quality for edible table olives. The annual production reaches 200-250 tons, some of which is intended for edible olives.
The remaining are processed into high-quality olive oil in a certified and certified mill by the method of the cold process. The entire process of production and standardization of the olive products is continuously monitored and certified by the DIO organization.
